Overview

Desk Management System is an IoT-enabled cloud solution to locate and book available desks and meeting rooms. A middleware application synchronizes with multiple Reservation Management System applications (Electronic meeting system, cloud booking, Robin, Microsoft Exchange Server and more) and IoT devices thereby automating the workspace check-in and check-out.
Users can check in or reserve a space or desk by simply tapping in with their RFID access cards. Check-in information will be stored in the application while booking the workstation for a specific time slot. When a user checks-out, their stored information will be sent to RMS application for billing.
